Whether it's for health reasons, animal welfare or environmental concerns, we’re consuming less meat and dairy than ever before. Adopting a plant-based lifestyle can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re here to help!


In this workshop, you’ll learn delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes, using ingredients from locally sourced markets. Together we’ll enjoy an extensive tasting, because as much as we love creating nutritious, vegan food, we love eating it. We'll also share healthy lifestyle tips because let's face it—being vegan is about much more than your diet.


Our recipes won’t have you in the kitchen all day, but they will give you the energy needed to get you through the day.


All are welcome, whether you’re just experimenting, or an experienced vegan.
