Cauliflower is a very versatile vegetable.  It’s a great base for a silky sauce, perfect as a substitute for mashed potatoes, killer when roasted and even better when grilled!

Try this recipe out next time you’ve fired up your BBQ - it won’t disappoint.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Amanprana Orac+ Botanico mix (sea salt, samuc, seaweed, sage, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sSzechuan pepper, tumeric, clove, cinnemon, chilli, …)

  • Or any of your favorite dried herbs

BBQ Cauliflower

Fire up a charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill to a medium heat

Make the marinate by mixing the herbs & olive oil to form a paste.

Next remove the leaves from the base of the cauliflower and cut the bottom, near the stem so you have an even surface for your cauliflower to rest on.

Brush the marinate all over the cauliflower except for the very bottom. Using a brush will help get it in every nook and cranny of the head.

Place the marinated cauliflower on a grilling tray. This will help collect the juices and to avoid direct contact with the grill.

Close your lid to create an oven and grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of the head of cauliflower. Check your cauliflower periodically to make sure it’s not too close to the flame!

Once it’s fully cooked remove from heat and serve immediately!
